In party play, the skills can be coordinated following tactics called Battle Regimen. The battles are skill based: the player chooses the skill to use, which then needs to charge up, do its effect, then recharge to be available again. The Disciples of War and Magic's skills are battle oriented, while Disciples of the Land use theirs to gather Materials on the field, which are used by the Disciples of the Hand for crafting various objects. They are sorted into four disciplines: Disciples of War (Gladiator, Marauder, Pugilist, Archer and Lancer), Disciples of Magic (Thaumaturge and Conjurer), Disciples of the Land (Fisher, Miner and Botanist) and Disciples of the Hand (Carpenter, Blacksmith, Armorer, Goldsmith, Tanner, Weaver, Alchemist and Culinarian).
